山西維高鉆具制造有限公司是一家集科研、生產(chǎn)、銷售為一體的專業(yè)制造系列石油機(jī)械和鉆具、非開挖鉆具的民營高新技術(shù)企業(yè)，生產(chǎn)石油鉆鋌、四方鉆桿等產(chǎn)品已有多年的歷史。 公司生產(chǎn)設(shè)備先進(jìn)，檢測手段嚴(yán)格，技術(shù)力量雄厚，掌握著石油鉆具國產(chǎn)化的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，整個生產(chǎn)全過程采用API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行，我公司已通過了ISO9001:2000質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證并取得了美國石油學(xué)會API SPEC 7-1（證書號：7-1-0625）、API Q1(證書號：0571)產(chǎn)品會標(biāo)使用許可認(rèn)證。 公司現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)的品種主要有： ①各種型號的方鉆桿系列：兩方、三方、四方和六方鉆桿； ②整體加重鉆桿、整體無磁加重鉆桿； ③鉆鋌：普通鉆鋌、螺旋鉆鋌、無磁鉆鋌和短鉆鋌； ④提升短節(jié)和轉(zhuǎn)換接頭； ⑤非標(biāo)小型鉆具； ⑥非開挖鉆具、鉆桿、造斜短節(jié)和定向鉆頭。 產(chǎn)品用于各油田、煤田勘探、水文地質(zhì)、非開挖穿越等領(lǐng)域，還可對舊鉆桿、鉆具進(jìn)行螺紋等修復(fù)。歡迎客戶特殊需求聯(lián)系洽談！期望與您的真誠合作！ Our company mainly produces drilling tools: square and hexagonal kellys,heavy weight drill pipes,spiral heavy weight drill pipes,non-magnetic intergral heavy weight drill pipes,all kinds of drilling collars,lifting subs,non-excavation drill tools,cross-over subs,many kinds of high-precision manufacturing and inspection equipment: special numerical-control pipe thread lathes, large cylindrical lathes, large milling machines, deep-hole boring machine drilling, friction welding, heat treatment production line with medium frequency as well as variety of thread gauges, single measuring instruments, thickness gauges, hardness testers, ultrasonic flaw detectors, ballisticwork testing machines, universal testing machines with microcomputer displaying hydraulic pressure, and so on. With sophisticated production equipment, strict inspecting ways and strong technology, we have mastered the key technique in nationalizing petroleum drilling tools. API standard is implemented strictly throughout the whole process of production. Our company has already passed the Certification of Quality System ISO9001: 2000 and has obtained the product logo licenses of API SPEC 7-1 (Certificate No. 7-1-0625) and API Q1 (Certificate No. 0571), which are issured by American Petroleum Institute.
