| 摘要 | Provided are a compound that has a novel structure and acts as a PRMT5 inhibitor, a method for preparing a compound therefor, and a use thereof in treating a disease mediated by an PRMT5 inhibitor. Through experiments, such compounds showed strong inhibitory effects on a PRMT5 enzyme. Also provided is a method for synthesizing a compound, which features simple processing, is convenient to operate, and is beneficial for large-scale industrial production and application. |
